about

enso offers Power Yoga, All Level Vinyasa and Slow Flow classes for adults. It is our goal to provide a safe environment in which to develop the student's physical, personal and mental awareness.  At the core of our curriculum is the belief that the concepts incorporated in our classes can be taken off of the mat and into our lives as well.

To promote this concept, our studio has been specifically designed to enhance the personal growth and experience of each student.  The colors, artwork, and materials at the studio have been specifically chosen to create a relaxing environment.  Men's and women's locker rooms and showers enable our students to move on through the rest of their day with ease.  Convenient parking is available in the lot immediately adjacent to enso on State Street in Media.

enso is so much more than a yoga studio to me.
enso is my gym, my mentor, and my community.
When I moved to Media, enso helped me feel at home.  I love the selection of classes, teachers, and the comfortable and supportive environment of the studio.  I also enjoy my monthly membership option, which helps to encourage me to attend as many classes as possible.

CAMILLE HOLSTEIN, E-RYT    |   co-owner

Camille met and fell in love with yoga at a gym in January of 2000 and has been practicing ever since.  Her study and training in Yoga has been influenced by Vinyasa flow yoga as a moving meditation, focusing on alignment, awareness, and grounded in yogic philosophy.   Excited to share her love of the practice of yoga, Camille completed her 250-hour yoga certification in 2005 at Wake Up Yoga in Philadelphia studying under Corina Benner and Jill Manning.  Camille also has a 90-hour certification in prenatal yoga from Yoga on Main in Philadelphia.

HEATHER MEGOSH

When Heather discovered yoga, she fell in love with its ability to strengthen and loosen her body while quieting and calming her mind. Heather’s initial training in yoga was through Ashtanga; she studied with Manju Jois, Dee Silvers, Tim Miller, David Swenson, Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty.  However, her teaching is most influenced by the dynamic vinyasa-flow teaching style of her teacher and inspiration Shiva Rea, with whom she has completed a 200-hour Prana Vinyasa Flow teacher training.  Prana Flow classes offer a full and varied spectrum of experience from rejuvenation to empowerment with a constancy in the awareness of the unity between the wave motion of breath and bodily movement.  Heather’s classes are creative and invigorating and she encourages her students to challenge themselves to their own degree in order to build strength, fluidity and serenity in their own bodies and minds.

MALLORY SPENCER, RYT

Mallory has been practicing yoga for about 4 years. She discovered yoga when she was a student at West Chester University and found it very useful for relieving stress and staying physically active. After completing the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Enso in March 2017, she began to deepen her understanding of yoga philosophy and strengthen her commitment to consistent practice. Mallory is now a 500-hour Registered Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, and seeks to honor the ancient wisdom of Vedic sciences as the foundation for her teaching methodology.

Blending Vinyasa yoga with Ayurveda, Mallory's classes are inspired by the internal and external play of the 5 natural elements and their qualities. This approach promotes a greater sense of harmony, while increasing overall well-being and longevity. She believes that when we tune into the world around us and within us, we are able to connect with the rhythms of Nature in a supportive, authentic, cyclical manner.

Mallory sees yoga as a holistic, 8-limb practice that has the potential to positively effect all areas of a person's life: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social. She loves the combination of yoga and Ayurveda because it helps us incorporate balance, mindfulness, and gratitude into our daily routines. Her goal is to offer accessible classes where students are invited to be present and curious as they tend to their unique mind, body, and spirit so that they can feel more integrated both on and off their mat.

NATALIE STRICKLER

Natalie found her practice over 10 years ago when invited to take a Beginner’s Series here at Enso.  Soon after her first few class she was hooked.  She fell in love with a practice that brings body and mind awareness together to work in harmony, and how important that is for our daily lives on and off our mat.  In 2014, Natalie took her 200hr RYT Teacher Training right here at Enso Studio.  Natalie has a respect and love for what the practice can do. It has the ability to heal.  Struggling with body image issues from a young age, Natalie stepped on her mat and found herself pealing away layers of self doubt and worry.  Finding compassion, love and strength; physically, mentally and emotionally. Natalie brings that message into every class she teaches.  Finding the space to love all that you are.  Natalie teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Power sequences with a strong connection to music to help quiet the mind chatter and connect to your individual practice.
