self-defense workshops

Enso offers a variety of self defense workshops throughout the year. These workshops are offered to different age groups from school age children to adults. If you have a group of 10-15 individuals and would like to schedule a self defense workshop please contact Gwen at gwen@experienceenso.com.

Girls Self-Defense Workshops

self-defense workshops | www.experienceenso.com Self- defense begins with how you walk, how you talk and what types of situations you put yourself in and avoid. Of course, this is sometimes not enough. Kids, in particular girls, are often not equipped with the basic skills to defend themselves both in every day situations and in more extreme attack scenarios.

Instructor and co-owner of Enso, Gwen Soffer, is a 2nd degree black belt and is highly trained in personal self-defense. Look for workshops throughout the year for ages 4th-7th grades, 8th-12th grades, college bound and women or organize a group of your own.
