Enso offers Power Yoga, Budokon, Slow Flow Budokon and Yogic Budokon
Flow classes for adults.
We offer these areas of study that are integrated with each other, but
which, can be practiced individually. It is
our goal to provide a safe environment in which to develop the student’s
physical, personal and mental awareness.
At the core of our curriculum is the belief that the
concepts incorporated in our classes can be translated into the living
arts of the students.
To promote this concept, our studio has been specifically designed to
enhance the personal growth and experience of each student. An organic tea bar
provides for a healthful relaxing venue after class. Our retail area
offers fashionable and functional clothing, accessories and learning
tools. All of our clothing, teas and mats are eco-friendly fair-trade
products. To limit environmental excess, we will not be selling
pre-filled water bottles. Instead we offer an enso water bottle, which can be filled, at our water cooler. The colors, artwork,
and materials at the studio have been specifically chosen to create a
relaxing environment. Men’s and women’s locker
rooms and showers enable our students to move on through the rest of their day
with ease.
Convenient parking is available in the lot immediately adjacent to
enso on State Street in Media.
Yoga is a light which, once
lit, will never dim.
The better your practice, the brighter the
flame.”

years.
In May of 1999, Kim completed her certification as a yoga teacher

Camille
met and fell in love with yoga at a gym in January of 2000 and has been
practicing ever since. Her study and training in Yoga has been
influenced by Vinyasa flow yoga as a moving meditation, focusing on
alignment, awareness, and grounded in yogic philosophy. Excited to
share her love of the practice of yoga, Camille completed her 200 yoga
certification in 2005 at Wake Up Yoga in Philadelphia studying under
Corina Benner and Jill Manning.
Camille believes that the physical practice of yoga seeped in
mindfulness can create space in the body, mind and spirit. She is
interested in exploring in her classes how yoga is metaphor for a
healthful life by discovering the connections between linking the work
we do on and off the mat.
