World wide, tens of thousands of people have completed the MBSR program. Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, MBSR is supported by over two decades of research. During this program you will develop critical life-long stress management skills that have proven to reduce stress, improve health, and increase quality of life.
