2014 Enso Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training with co-founders Adam Marcus E-RYT and Gwen Soffer E-RYT

This is a practical, comprehensive teacher training that will give you a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, and confidence to become a thoughtful and creative vinyasa yoga teacher. Adam and Gwen bring experience, ability, compassion to the training, creating a safe and supportive space for you to begin your journey. This carefully designed, unique program meets all Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training standards and is perfect for those who want to become teachers or simply deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.
