Live on Purpose worshop with gwen

We know what it feels like to be off purpose, but how can we find the skills to live on purpose?
Our yoga practice allows us to use movement and the physical body to access our emotions, personal power, and human desire to evolve. We can use this practice as a way to understand how we live our lives and to create the shifts in our attitudes and behaviors that allow us to live our most authentic life.
In this workshop we will first do a physical yoga practice, then we will use self-inquiry,discussion, journaling, group work and meditation to develop the skills to take what we learn on our mat, off of our mat and into our lives.
Using our vinyasa practice and covering shadow work, limiting beliefs, and finding passion and purpose, we will investigate in a safe and supportive environment how to negotiate our habits and impulses to find focus, balance and empowerment so that we live our fullest lives in true intention and service.

Teen Inspiration Leadership Camp (13 years old and up)
5 Day Camp: Monday-Friday,July 23-27, 3-5pm, $150
REGISTER BY JULY 1ST AND TEEN PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE ONE FREE MONTH OF YOGA
*must begin month of yoga by September 1st
This one week camp is designed to guide teenage girls in building accessible skills that will help them negotiate the challenges that they face. Creating a safe environment of respect, support, and openness, the course will focus on personal empowerment, coping techniques for stress, and discovering and embracing your authentic self to find purpose using yoga, meditation, journaling, group work and self-inquiry. Using real life scenarios, honest discussion,meditation, and yoga, we will build a skill base of techniques that can be used daily and into adult lives. In addition to our work as a group, we will have extra support from college-age mentors who will bring their experiences and wisdom to the table. The focus of this course will be empowerment, inspiration, thoughtful action, and building strong female support systems.
Leadership Award: Enso will offer 3 Leadership Awards to students who request application and essay. To be considered for the award, please contact Gwen at gwen@experienceenso.com to request application. Three recipients of the award will have camp fee waived and receive a letter and certificate of award.

Strengthening Your Inner and Outer Practice with adam
Sunday, August 5th, 1-4pm
$45 before July 29th, $55 after July 29th
Why are so many of us drawn to the practice of yoga? Why do we feel so good after a challenging practice? How can we help that feeling last after we leave class? How can we strengthen and grow our practice? These are all questions we will look to answer in this three hour in-depth workshop. The workshop will focus on ways of developing a stronger practice both mentally and physically. This will be a unique practice including periods of vigorous practice together with restorative practice along meditation and group discussion. We will also have opportunity to address individual questions you may have in your practice and to play with more challenging aspects of our practice. This workshop is meant to help you grown and strengthen both your inner and outer Practice on and off your mat.
